Would you put petrol in your diesel engine?!

Obvious answer eh? A big fat no! Why not? Well, diesel engines are not designed to work using petrol as their fuel! This is the analogy that so often comes to my mind when thinking about Western eating habits. It’s not that some food is inherently good or inherently bad, it’s simply the case that there are some foods we’re designed to eat and others we are not designed to eat. This is of course the more complex part … what exactly are we designed to eat and drink? Taking this further, what else are our bodies made for and what are they not made for? This is a very big subject but one that is critical to how we live our lives. It’s also been my main focus of research over the last 10 years or so. For this reason, I’ve decided to shift the focus of my blog to include these other areas I’m passionate about – hence the change from ‘mindbalanceworks’ to ‘primalchange’. More of this next time but for now, just wanted to get the ball rolling and re-start the blog. In the meantime, have a think about the fuel you use in your engine …

Thanks for reading and comments much appreciated …
