Gratitude for me is one the most under rated and powerful words in the English language! Gratitude can change our health, our relationships with others and many other aspects of our lives. I’m sure this seems like a bit of an exaggeration at first but let me explain … I started a gratitude practice a few years ago, this simply involved thinking and feeling (just as importantly) grateful for 3 things in my life every day – could be small things, could be big things, it doesn’t matter. To make sure I remembered I did this each day whilst brushing my teeth. What I noticed over the next few months, slowly but surely, was how my view of the world changed – from my stress levels to my connections with others to my view of the world around me … try it, see how you get on!
